The average price per-buildable-sf for properties in the GTA was $116 in Q1-2021. Toronto led the way with an average price of $234 pbsf, while Brampton was the least expensive at $27 pbsf.
Toronto appears to have the most land sales in the GTA, with the highest average price per-buildable-sf.
After slowing down towards the end of 2019 and the start of 2020, the average price per-buildable-sf in the 416 has increased dramatically in Q1-2021, widening the gap between the 416 and the 905 areas.
