Bullpen Research & Consulting Inc. and Batory Management will publish their Q3-2019 GTA High-Rise Land Insights Report in November. Prices rose quickly in the third quarter, setting a multi-year high.

The average land parcel that Bullpen and Batory identified as having apartment development potential sold for $150 per-buildable-sf in Q3-2019.
